Working Student Buying (mfd)

As the buying team we take care of the purchasing of all products and the regular expansion of ABOUT YOUs brand portfolio. We are always on the lookout for exciting new and timeless fashion and lifestyle trends from all over the world. To achieve this we define seasonal product range strategies and draw up seasonal and financial plans. We manage all purchasing budgets ourselves and also analyse and evaluate KPIs. A good relationship with our suppliers is important to us which is why we take care to maintain good relationships and contact with our partners. As a Working student (m/f/d) in Buying you will support our Buying team for 20 hours per week in the administrative day-to-day business for example in the preparation and follow-up of order appointments. You will create a reliable basis to keep our Buyers backs free at all times.

Responsibilities: 

• Help with the preparation and follow-up of orders
• Preparation of data (racer / bum analyses etc.)
• Processing order confirmations and clarification cases in close consultation with suppliers
• Help with the preparation of re-orders or returns

Requirements: 

• Enrolled student in the field of fashion/textile management or business studies
• Strong affinity for fashion
• Ideally initial experience in the fashion industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good knowledge of English
• Creativity reliability and ability to work in a team
