Job Summary
- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and team members
- Serve as a liaison between business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding
- Monitor progress and support the team in delivering on time within scope and budget
- Identify and help remove obstacles that may impact team delivery
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
- Support deployment and adoption of business applications and processes
- Provide Agile training and coaching to team members and stakeholders as needed
- Contribute to portfolio planning and overall project visibility
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Scrum Master certification is required (e.g. CSM PSM)
- SAFe certification is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to train and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and operational processes
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization
- Proficient in tools such as Google Suite and Google Data Studio
