Job Summary
Wage range is $15-25/ hr with your hourly wage and tips earned
We are seeking a professional and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Monticello United States. As a Delivery Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with excellent service.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with care and efficiency
- Navigate local routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries
- Process customer orders and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and delivery environments
Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with local areas
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in using smartphone apps and GPS navigation systems
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices (for food delivery roles)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
