Job Description
We are looking for a breakfast/lunch line cook to work approximately
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 6am - 2pm
(shifts may end earlier or later depending on business).
The cook will set up the continental breakfast and cook a la carte items on the hot line for breakfast and lunch. They will also assist in putting away food orders prepping for dinner and cleaning projects when they are free.
Responsibilities
- Set up continental breakfast
- Cook hot breakfast option
- Cook the hot line during lunch
- Weekly deep clean
- Changing Fryer Oil
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Put away food order
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Qualifications :
- Working level of Kitchen English. Must be able to read tickets and speak to servers about ticket issues
- Hot Line Cook experience
- Sense of urgency
- Familiar with industrys best practices
Additional Information :
- Salary $21-$24 per hour
