This is a twelve (12) week internship program starting in May 2026. Candidates must be enrolled in college during the internship with a graduation date after August 2026.
Summary
As a Cybersecurity Intern specializing in Compliance & Risk you will support the cybersecurity team inmaintainingregulatory complianceassistingwith risk assessments and helping protect the organizations digital infrastructure. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity and develop a foundational understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks.
What are some potential projects
- Reviewing internal documentation for completeness and consistency
- Mapping existing controls to framework requirements
- Identifyingany documentation gaps or areas needing updates
- Preparing a summary report with findings and recommendations
- Assistingwith the collection of compliance evidence
Skills Developed:
- Policy analysis
- Documentation standards
- Compliance mapping
- Attention to detail
About You (Qualifications):
- Current student majoring in Cybersecurity Information Technology Computer Science or a related fieldwith a graduation date after August of 2026
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and interest in compliance and risk management.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST or SOC2 is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security (in progress or completed) are a bonus.

- Demonstratesinitiative and responsibility in assigned tasks.
