Position open to candidates residing in Buffalo Rochester or Syracuse NY.

Responsibilities Include:
3-5 years of experience preferred; JD candidates awaiting Bar results (or planning to sit for the Bar) will also be considered

- Managing a significant caseload of trusts and estates matters
- Proactively overseeing case files from inception through completion
- Drafting and reviewing estate planning and related legal documents including Petitions Motions and Orders to Show Cause
- Handling client communication including phone calls emails and in-person meetings
- Scheduling preparing for and attending client consultations and meetings
- Collaborating with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team
