We are seeking an organized and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our office operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Manage and maintain office filing systems both electronic and physical
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit various documents including reports memos and presentations
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in company databases
- Assist with basic bookkeeping duties such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Greet visitors and handle phone inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong customer service skills and a positive proactive attitude
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office equipment and technologies
