Key Responsibilities:
Handle hotel room reservations efficiently via phone email and online platforms.
Respond to guest queries booking modifications and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the hotels reservation system (OPERA).
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Provide exceptional customer service and support in line with brand standards.
Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail when processing reservations.
Manage large volumes of correspondence while maintaining service standards.
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience Required:
At least 6 months experience in a reservations hotel front office or customer service role.
Proficiency with hotel booking systems such as OPERA or similar front office platforms.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proven commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
