Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer specialising in Automation and Electrification to join our team in Casalecchio di Reno Italy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clients in the automation and electrification sectors identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised solutions conducting technical presentations and demonstrations
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies negotiating complex contracts
- Monitor sales performance metrics provide regular reports and stay current with automation and electrification technologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field with proven experience in customer management preferably in automation or electrification industries
- Strong technical knowledge of automation and electrification technologies including industrial manufacturing processes and energy management systems
- Outstanding presentation negotiation and communication skills with ability to analyse complex technical and business requirements
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the Emilia Romagna region and occasionally to other parts of Italy
