Qualifications :
Bachelors in Hotel Management along with at least 2 years of supervisory F&B experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
Additional Information :
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage Guest service and relations.
- Train and orient new team members.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and brief the team on daily goals.
- Appraise staff performance and motivate the team.
- Ensure all brand standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently implemented.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
