Schedule: 40 hrs/week Rotating Nights (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $42 $45/hr

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on nursing care and monitor residents conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Supervise and support nursing assistants during assigned shifts.
Document care chart updates and report changes to supervisors or physicians.
Assist with admissions discharges and rounds.
Maintain compliance with all health safety and facility protocols.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active MA LPN license required.
BLS/CPR certified.
1 year of nursing experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
Strong communication documentation and teamwork skills.
