Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations planning and purchasing functions.
- Receives and logs records files or paperwork verifying completeness and accuracy.
- Inputs data compiles information and distributes or processes files to completion.
- Answers questions retrieves information or generates reports for management as needed.
- Assist with production planning and special projects.
- Performs scheduled inventory cycle counts
- Assists with purchasing of MRO and other manufacturing supplies
- Maintains inventory of various supplies including inks lubricants and other facility supplies
- Perform other related duties and overtime as required.

HS diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.
- Proficient at general software including MS Office and/or Google Office tools
- Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.

Additional Information :
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.68 to $25.75 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and addition to base salary depending on the role overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay.
