Job Purpose:

The key responsibility will be the champion of facility Environmental Protection management EHS digital strategy application ISO14001 System lead and Sustainability affairs support to ensure operational compliance and EHS continual improvement.

Job Duties:

This role is going to main support current and new business in an environmental and compliance manner as well as EHS digital strategy development & execution. Build collaborative mode of proactive service with cross BUs lab business focus on site support consulting and guidance as professional environment protection expert work close to lab and engineering team to better understanding business needs and transformation of EHS work as reliable & trustful professional / business partner main roles include:

Set plan execute and check environment protection measures government reporting and inspection new construction project EIA application and acceptance ensure environment related affairs compliance.

Full process management and supervising of Hazardous waste.

Drive and follow up operational sustainability metrics and projects.

Build capability of lab staff to identify assess and manage environmental compliance risks.

Lead ISO14001 management system and related affairs to proactive drive continual improvement.

EHS digital application strategy planning and execution explore opportunities and drive paperless office solutions to improve work efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Be involved in environmental risk assessment and SWES establish at earlier stage provide preliminary guidance / review to ensure adequate identification assist on risk countermeasures validation.

Maintain EHS communication website upgrade and continual improvement.

ontacting local environment bureau to submitting environment related regular inspection and hazardous waste tracking reports in their website / system etc.

Background / Experience:

A degree in an appropriate scientific discipline is highly desired and consideration will be given to equivalent environment management experience. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills initiative leadership and the ability to communicate effectively.

Over 3 years providing environmental expertise in an industrial manufacturing or chemical environment.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of organization.

General computer skills and especially WORD EXCEL PPT.

Familiar with application of Power BI Power Apps Forms and other digital development tools.

Fluent written English familiar with ISO14001 management system and local & global EHS standards/regulatory.
