Capital Markets and Credit Risk Intern

Lima One Capitals Capital Markets & Credit Risk Intern will support the Capital Markets team by assisting with data integrity report preparation and loan sale transactions. This position will also support the Credit Risk team with internal audits and assisting with data analysis. The intern will lead a significant project from inception to presentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Integrity and Reporting:

• Assist in creating and reviewing loan sale tapes.
• Clear data deltas
• Assist in clearing credit exceptions

Loan Sale Support:

• Contribute to the loan sales by uploading credit files.
• Observe a loan sale from bid process to closing of the sale. Assist Capital Markets Analyst in answering investor questions.

Internal Auditing:

• Learn internal audit process and apply to complete internal audits on credit files.
• Administrative and Learning Support:
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to loan sales and credit policy.
• Engage in learning opportunities through mentorship and team discussions.

• Bachelors degree or currently pursuing degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or related field
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Motivated self-starter who seeks to create value without constant direction

Program Details

• Location: Onsite in Greenville SC
• Join us in our brand new thoughtfully designed headquarters in the heart of downtown Greenville (parking is paid for!)
• Housing assistance available for qualified individuals
• Duration: 11 weeks - Monday May 18th to Friday July 31st 2026
• Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Pay: All our interns are paid for the work they perform hourly rate dependent on position
