Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in King of Prussia PA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other evidence-based interventions
Educate patients families and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care
Accurately document all treatments progress notes and discharge summaries
Collaborate with nurses physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehab center or geriatric care required
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
