Job Description:

Support fellow employees through coaching training and encouragement
Provide active involvement and interaction with Guests and employees to drive maximum satisfaction and to set a positive example.
Resolve routine Guest service issues.
Maintain a strong commitment to continually enhance knowledge.
Communicate operational issues with the MOD
Monitor supply and equipment usage
Comply with safety standards and procedures
Hold employees accountable to stated expectations and procedures
Effectively manage employee breaks in your lot(s)

General Requirements:

1 year of experience as a CSR or equivalent
Demonstrated communication skills; both verbal and written
No written counseling within the last six months for attendance or performance
Flexibility to work additional shifts as required by the operation
Remain approachable to customers and staff
Problem-solving skills including prioritizing and maintaining professional demeaner

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
