Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support a government agency. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze document and improve systems and processes ensuring clear communication accuracy and optimization across business units.
Schedule/Shift: Monday Friday 35 hours per week
The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across production managerial and executive teams to gather requirements create documentation and deliver process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative manner.
Evaluate analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
Maintain systems processes including delivery of monthly status reports.
Author and update internal and external documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with internal partners for improved systems integration.
Respond to questions and concerns from management with supporting research and recommendations.
Mandatory:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
Preferred:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Visio or Lucidchart.
High proficiency in documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
