We are seeking aQuick Lane Advisor to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately documenting customer concerns coordinating with technicians and providing clear communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Prepare detailed service orders and estimates
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Past experience as a service advisor assistant lane manager or service consultant required
- Previous experience at a car dealership is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
