Job Description
As a valued colleague on our Resolution Planning team you will help perform various tasks related to maintaining compliance with FHFAs Resolution Planning Final Rule (12 CFR Part 1242). A resolution planning rule is an important part of FHFAs ongoing effort to develop a robust prudential regulatory framework for the this role you will participate and engage in cross-functional strategic execution and engage project teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of resolution planning deliverables.

The Enterprise- Strategy- Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Assist with timely program execution of resolution planning requirements including the biennial resolution plan submissions to FHFA and related regulatory commitments.
- Identify and help implement improvements to streamline and enhance resolution planning processes and methodologies.
- Collect and interpret financial data such as income statements balance sheets or other financial statements.
- Participate in activities that support the strategic goals and vision for business units and/or the enterprise.
- Collaborate with your team and internal partners on units production activities and efforts.
- Participate in the day-to-day operations including: financial analysis governance tracking of deliverable milestones and preparation of presentations and other materials
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 2 years of Finance-related experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong communications skills
- MS Tools (e.g. Excel Powerpoint)
Desired Experience
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Experience in finance treasury or accounting field
- Experience in project management
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Experience engaging with stakeholders across an organization

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and other relevant qualifications.
