About the Physical Therapist - Clinical Director Role
In this role you will:
Lead and mentor a high-performing clinical team
Foster a supportive mission-driven clinic culture
Drive exceptional patient outcomes through direct care
Implement clinic growth strategies and community outreach
Manage performance scheduling and operational goals
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic direction
Requirements (Must-Haves)
Licensed Physical Therapist in Marylandor through the PT Compact Program
Graduate of an accredited PT program recognized by APTA
Minimum of 2 years as a PT (preferred)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
Applications that do not meet these minimum qualifications will not be reviewed.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Frequent standing walking lifting and patient transfers
Duties may include reaching bending kneeling and crouching
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Rotational Saturdays
Flexible schedule available (e.g. 4x10s)
