Senior Associate or Partner Level!

A NYS law firm is looking to add an Insurance Litigation Attorney to their growing Albany office. The Attorney will handle all phases of litigation including case evaluation discovery motion practice and trial preparation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Represent clients in environmental litigation insurance defense and other high-stakes litigation matters
Appear in court take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and arbitrations
Develop and execute effective litigation strategies
Analyze complex legal and factual issues
Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload with support from a collaborative team
Stay current on developments in insurance defense environmental and commercial litigation
