The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator is responsible for the day to day the administration of the ACGME and non-ACGME fellowship training programs within the department. The Program Coordinator assists the Fellowship Program Directors in ensuring that ACGME accreditation requirements are met within the environment of a successful training program. This position also provides direction leadership and day to day management including assistance with curriculum evaluations recruitment and HR life cycle of fellows. The coordinator will also assist with our summer medical student fellows observers as well as various activities in Canvas.
Assist faculty with resident/fellow internal exams via Canvas Qualtrics or other platforms
Assist with coordination of summer Angevine Fellows and outside observers
School of Medicine and Public Health Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Administration
The starting salary for the position is $51955; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Able to work collaboratively in a team setting consisting of diverse populations of staff residents faculty and other administrative personnel
Experience in educational administration in an academic health care setting
Prior experience in Graduate Medical Education as well as familiarity with ACGME
Bachelors Degree preferred; focus in education health care administration or closely related field preferred
