How Youll Make an Impact
- Monitor and evaluate production flow operator movement and equipment layout.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events.
- Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production maintenance quality and procurement.
- Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects.
- Solve problems with urgency while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
- Use engineering tools and software to analyze data and prepare reports.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.
