How Youll Make an Impact

• Monitor and evaluate production flow operator movement and equipment layout.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events.
• Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production maintenance quality and procurement.
• Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects.
• Solve problems with urgency while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
• Use engineering tools and software to analyze data and prepare reports.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.
