Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Hybrid
Summary:
An established growth-focused insurance agency is seeking a high-performing Property & Casualty Producer with a strong record of success in building and managing a profitable book of business. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who value autonomy meaningful relationships and long-term earning potential.
The position offers a unique compensation structure that recognizes top performance including partial ownership opportunities in the book of business you develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect develop and close new commercial and/or personal lines P&C business.
- Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and design risk management solutions.
- Advise clients on insurance programs to protect their assets and operations.
- Retain and expand existing accounts through proactive relationship management.
- Partner with internal service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Review policies coverages and rating for accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms.
- Market new and renewal business to achieve production and retention goals.
- Participate in business development networking and community initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a P&C Producer (commercial and/or personal lines).
- Proven track record of building and retaining a profitable book of business.
- Strong understanding of insurance products carriers and underwriting practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Bachelors degree preferred not required.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary range: $150000 $250000 (depending on experience).
- Performance-based commission and incentive structure.
- Partial ownership opportunities in the book of business produced.
