Location: Inglewood CA (100% On-Site)

Our accounting team is small sharp and hands-on and were looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative boutique setting where you own your work make decisions and see the impact immediately.
Your Role
You will be a key contributor to our accounting team supporting daily accounting functions month-end close and audit prep while owning critical areas such as fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
What Youll Do
Perform journal entries and account analysis
Track and manage fixed assets depreciation and asset disposals
Prepare intercompany transactions and reconcile balances
Lead portions of month-end and year-end close
Assist in quarterly physical inventory and reconcile to the GL
Prepare and file recurring tax submissions and year-end forms (1099/1095)
Support year-end audit prep
Handle ad-hoc projects from the CFO or Accounting Manager
Pitch in where needed small-team mindset required
Who You Are
35 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/distribution environment a plus)
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Proven experience managing fixed assets & depreciation
Exposure to intercompany accounting
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail you like owning your work
Comfortable in a smaller-company culture with open communication and shared accountability
Strong Excel & Microsoft Office experience
ERP experience preferred (Odoo familiarity and AccountMate are a plus)
Bonus
CPA or CPA-track
Prior small-to-mid-size business experience (30 onsite employees)
