Pay: $22.00/hour $350 Monthly Auto Allowance $500 commission per lease (after the 7th lease/month)

What Youll Do
- Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone email and in person
- Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
- Prepare review and process applications and lease documents
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
- Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
- Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
- Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in leasing or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication follow-up and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)
