Leasing Agent

Locations: South Bay Orange County Inglewood & Long Beach CA

Pay: $22.00/hour $350 Monthly Auto Allowance $500 commission per lease (after the 7th lease/month)

Earning Potential: $5000$6000/month or $80000/year

Schedule: Full-Time

Were looking for a driven and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay Orange County Inglewood and Long Beach. If you love connecting with people thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the potential for uncapped commissions backed by a written agreement this is the opportunity for you.

What Youll Do

• Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone email and in person
• Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
• Prepare review and process applications and lease documents
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
• Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
• Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
  

• Experience in leasing or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication follow-up and customer service skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)
