We are seeking an experienced SENCO to join a top Independent School in Bath. This full-time permanent role involves overseeing the schools SEND provision ensuring every student is supported to reach their potential through inclusive and personalised teaching.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete the qualification
Proven experience supporting students with additional needs
Excellent understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Legal right to work in the UK
