Location: Oswego NY 13126
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 10-hour day shift (6:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $3040 - $3200; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience performing nuclear medicine procedures preparing radiopharmaceuticals and ensuring patient safety in accordance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine procedures including diagnostic imaging and therapeutic applications.
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to protocol.
Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment.
Monitor patient safety and provide patient care during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all NYS and federal regulations regarding radiation safety.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Required Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
Current NYS license/registration required.
ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine required.
Current CPR certification required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
