Job Title: RN - Case Management
Work Location: Bronx New York
Rate: $65/Hourly/w2
Shift Time:9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST(Monday-Friday)
Duration: 5 months ( Extension)
Facility: Jacobi Medical Center
Address: 1400 Pelham Parkway South Jacobi Medical Center
Skills:
- Two years case/resource management and utilization management is required
- 3-5 years Care Management experience is preferred.
- EPIC experience
- PRI (Patient Review Instrument) and SCREEN experience/certification ideal
Education:
Required:
- New York State RN License
- Primary Source Verification
- AHA BLS
Hours Per Week:
- 40.00
