_{Provide basic and advanced life support treatment care and evaluation of patients.}
_{Provides ongoing assessment and required documentation of patient care.}
_{Interviews patients measures vital signs and records information on patients charts.}
_{Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.}
_{Monitor record and communicate patient condition and treatment as appropriate.}
_{Initiate and implement interventions based on protocols.}
_{Assists with treatments and tests ordered by provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse.}
_{Performs select clinical duties after demonstration of clinical competency and in accordance with hospital and professional scope of practice.}
_{Identify intervene and stabilize the ill or injured patient under the direction and in collaboration with a physician and/or Registered Nurse.}
_{Collaborative teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary group focused on patient care.}
_{Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment.}
_{Exhibits strong decision-making skills.}
_{Ability to perform while under stress.}
_{Ability to recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions.}
_{No Floating required}
_{No on-call requirements}

_{Requirements :}

_{Wisconsin EMT Paramedic Certification}
_{Active WI DL in good standing}
_{AHA BLS and AHA ACLS}
_{WI CCP ( Critical Care Paramedic ) Endorsement Preferred.}
_{MI Paramedic Certification required. (if candidate has had NREMT-P is eligible for reciprocity to obtain MI Paramedic licensure)}
_{One year paramedic experience required- preferred 3 yrs}
_{High School graduate and successful completion of an EMS paramedic program.}
_{Charting system utilized is the Zoll ems Charts platform training will be provided}
_{Crew configurations may be mix of EMT/Medic Medic/Medic RN/EMT RN/Medic - depending on daily staffing.}
