_{Schedule book reschedule and confirm clinic appointments.}
_{Make reminder calls to patients regarding upcoming appointments.}
_{Handle inbound inquiries related to appointments and clinic services.}
_{Answer phones use internal paging systems and make overhead announcements.}
_{Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.}

_{Required Skills & Experience:}

_{Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferably in a healthcare setting.}
_{Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.}
_{Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).}
_{Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.}

_Education:
