Job Title: Sr Developer - Microsoft Copilot
Location: Hybrid
Role Summary: As a Microsoft Copilot Developer you will design build and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft Copilot Copilot Studio and the Power Platform integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Youll collaborate with architects and business users to build intelligent copilots and custom generative AI experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Integrate Microsoft Graph API Azure OpenAI Services (Optional) and Cognitive Services into custom Copilot experiences.
- Implement prompt engineering and build semantic memory for copilots using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Use Power Automate Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents to build workflows apps and chat interfaces.
- Collaborate with solution architects to convert business use cases into working copilots (HR Finance Customer Service etc.).
- Perform unit testing debugging and support post-deployment monitoring of Copilot apps.
- Follow secure development best practices and ensure governance policies are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- 3 6 years of experience in software development with 1 year working on Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform tools.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with M365 Copilot extensibility Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI GPT models.
- Experience with Graph API REST APIs and integration with enterprise systems.
- Strong skills in JavaScript Power Fx JSON adaptive cards and conversational UX design.
- Understanding of security identity (Azure AD Entra ID) and role-based access control in M365.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in prompt tuning LLM fine-tuning or OpenAI APIs.
- Certification: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Azure AI Engineer or Copilot Studio Specialist (if available).
- Exposure to Agile development Azure DevOps GitHub Copilot.
