We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect who can drive technology excellence and innovation across multiple technology landscapes within the retail domain. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a strong development background capable of stepping beyond their core expertise to influence design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. You will work closely with clients delivery teams and internal leadership to shape solutions handle escalations drive RFPs and build new capabilities that will position our organization for future growth

This role demands deep technical breadth strong retail business understanding and the ability to turn vision into actionable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Leadership

• Design and own end-to-end architecture for enterprise retail applications (e-commerce POS supply chain merchandising CRM inventory etc.).
• Design scalable secure and high-performing solutions that can handle complex retail transactions and omnichannel experiences.
• Evaluate and integrate modern frameworks tools and platforms suitable for retail ecosystems.

Technology Strategy & Roadmap

• Drive technology selection architectural patterns and best practices aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with CTOs and delivery teams to define enterprise-wide technical blueprints.
• Mentor architects leads and developers to elevate the organizations overall technical maturity
• Create reusable assets reference architectures and best practices.
• Act as a technical escalation point for critical client engagements.

Solutioning & Presales

• Participate in RFP/RFI responses define solution blueprints and create compelling technical proposals.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to position the right technology approach for client opportunities.

Required Technical Expertise

• Candidates must be experts in one primary area and have good working knowledge of adjacent technology stacks (Frontend/UI Architecture OR AI/Data Engineering OR Microservices Java & Cloud Native OR Commerce Technologies)
• Deep understanding of enterprise and solution architecture principles.
• Strong foundation in software design integration patterns and system scalability.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and define their strategic relevance.
• Proven experience in retail or eCommerce solution landscapes such as omnichannel experience order management customer analytics or supply chain digitization.
• Cross-functional expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively across data applications infrastructure and customer experience teams.
