Job Summary
Title: Storage Engineer
Location: Toronto ON (hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
- 10 years enterprise-level experience supporting SAN NAS and backup technologies in banking environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills in low-latency high-availability infrastructures
- Hands-on experience with EMC NetApp PureStorage or equivalent enterprise storage platforms
- Backup infrastructure support (e.g. Commvault NetBackup Rubrik)
- Familiarity with Fibre Channel iSCSI multipathing zoning and LUN provisioning
- Proactive incident and problem management (ITIL-aligned)
- Able to assist in project deployments migrations and firmware upgrades
- Experience in automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell Python) desirable
- Clear communication skills for working with operations vendors and internal customers
