We are looking .NET Developer - Senior (Min 8 years of exp) HYBRID (Webcam interviews)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

*Hybrid position - candidate will be required to be on-site 3x/week in the near future*

Duties and Responsibilities

Developer role requires a service- oriented mentality high sense of ownership of the problems and requests assigned focus on managing and resolving issues in alignment with the SLAs establishing and maintaining communication with technology customers to keep them updated with status of their requests initiating and performing changes on production systems and proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established timeframes. Will work closely with client and various District agencies to define need or problem and analyzes problems and advise on or recommend solutions.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Framework Core
Expertise in building web applications including MVC and Razor Pages
Proficiency with the object-relational mapper for database interactions
Strong proficiency in C#.NET
Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and management especially SQL Server
Experience with cloud services especially Microsoft Azure
Skill in developing and integrating with RESTful APIs
Proficiency in Visual Studio
Expertise with GitHub
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Create technical specifications and test plans
Understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance
Communicate effectively with clients and interact with clients Senior Management Team
Understand and apply design and modeling concepts at the system level
Strong documentation and basic unit testing skills
Work with development team users and business analysts to analyze complex problems and define solutions
Solid understanding of architecture of web applications object-oriented designs and concepts and relational database design
8years for all the above
Certification for any of the above
