Key Details:
Live-in position with meals provided while on duty and opportunity to earn tips.
Fixed-term contract for 36 months with potential to become permanent.
Responsible for all aspects of food preparation menu execution and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during peak service periods supporting a small team.
Assist with menu planning and contributing to creative culinary ideas suitable for the lodge environment.
Maintain proper stock levels storage and control of ingredients and kitchen equipment.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and lodge standards.
Experience Required:
Qualified Chef with experience working in small high-paced hospitality environments.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to the unique requirements of a safari lodge.
