Responsibilities

Resolve complex issues in Core HR Talent Management Benefits and Payroll.
Develop and document technical designs and create/execute test plans.
Provide 24x7 on-call support and maintain ERP system interfaces/customizations.
Manage small to medium-sized projects analyzing data needs and requirements.
Evaluate and update procedures train users and prepare system documentation.

Required Skills

8 years of Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Global HR Talent Management Benefits and Payroll.
Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.
Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.
Experience with Fusion Security architecture and OTBI analyses.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and communication skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
