Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide comprehensive care plans.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions through telehealth platforms.

Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.

Stay updated on telehealth regulations and best practices.

Provide follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of telehealth technologies and online patient care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Current CPR and BLS certifications are required.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.

Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to improving health outcomes.
