Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.
Role: Senior ML Engineer
Autheo is building THEO AI a sovereign ML platform training trillion-parameter models and graph neural networks (GNNs) across DePIN GPU farms delivering 95% accuracy ε0.5 privacy and 100x GPU speedup with HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
As a part-time Senior ML Engineer in an equity-based cofounder role youll develop ML models using PyTorch/TensorFlow for DePIN node failure prediction DeFi fraud detection and GenAI code generation. This role is critical to enabling 10x faster dApp creation and self-healing 200GB/s DePIN networks. Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Development
* Build GNN/KNN models for 95% accurate DePIN failure prediction.
* Develop transformers for 95% accurate GrappLang code generation.
* Train fraud detection models for DeFi with 95% precision.
2. Federated Learning
* Implement federated training across 1000 nodes with ε0.5 privacy.
* Optimize 100x GPU speedup for trillion-parameter models.
* Integrate RAG/KAG pipelines for 99% accurate FHIR reasoning.
3. Compliance & Privacy
* Embed GDPR/HIPAA-compliant data handling with audit logging.
* Apply differential privacy (ε0.5) for model outputs.
* Generate zk-proof audit trails for SOC 2/HITRUST certification.
4. MLOps Pipelines
* Deploy models to Kubernetes with 99.999% uptime.
* Implement OpenTelemetry tracing for 100% model paths (<15min MTTR).
* Build ML monitoring for 95% anomaly detection accuracy.
5. Developer Ecosystem
* Deliver SDKs (Python/JS) for single-command ML operations.
* Build self-service consoles for model deployment in <5 minutes.
* Design sandbox environments for rapid ML testing.
6. Leadership & Innovation
* Collaborate with data AI and blockchain teams for integration.
* Lead ML architecture reviews for scalability and compliance.

Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science AI or equivalent.
