Job Summary:
The Tea Boy/Girl is responsible for preparing and serving beverages such as tea coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the pantry and office areas assisting with small office tasks and ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea coffee and other refreshments to office staff and guests in a timely manner.
Ensure all kitchen pantry and refreshment areas are kept clean sanitized and well-organized.
Maintain inventory of pantry supplies such as tea coffee milk sugar cups and water.
Refill and clean water dispensers tea pots and coffee machines as required.
Collect used cups glasses and dishes and wash them properly after each use.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of kitchen bins.
Support office staff with small errands such as photocopying document delivery or minor assistance when requested.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments before and after meetings.
Follow hygiene safety and company service standards at all times.
Report any maintenance or stock shortages to the supervisor
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Basic education (High school preferred).
Experience: 12 years of experience in a similar role in office hospitality or facility settings.
Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of beverage preparation and pantry management.
Understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Polite well-groomed and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently.
Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi an advantage).
Personal Attributes:
Punctual honest and trustworthy.
Presentable and courteous behavior.
Cooperative and respectful toward colleagues and guests
