Job Description:

Youll own the complete lead generation strategy for three thriving businesses each with unique audiences and growth potential. This isnt your typical single-focus marketing role youll flex your expertise across professional healthcare consulting creative photography services and ecommerce retail. Youll have the freedom to build automated systems from the ground up recommend the best tools and platforms and directly impact revenue growth. As these businesses scale youll help shape the expansion of the marketing team and potentially specialize in your strongest areas.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn Instagram and other digital channels
  • Design and implement automated marketing funnels with seamless CRM integration
  • Create platform-specific content strategies for healthcare consulting (LinkedIn-focused) and photography businesses (Instagram/social-focused)
  • Set up and optimize CRM systems to capture automatically and nurture leads
  • Generate qualified prospects through SEO social media marketing and digital advertising
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize lead generation ROI across all three businesses
  • Research and recommend marketing tools platforms and automation solutions
  • Adapt messaging and branding for three distinct target audiences and industries
  • Build scalable systems that can grow with expanding business needs
  • Provide strategic insights on lead quality and conversion optimization opportunities


Requirements

  • Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation across multiple channels
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing for B2B/professional services
  • Experience with Instagram and social media marketing for creative/retail businesses
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems marketing automation and funnel creation
  • SEO knowledge and implementation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt strategies for different industries
  • Self-motivated with confidence to recommend and implement new marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
  • Bonus if you have experience in healthcare consulting photography or ecommerce industries
  • It helps if youre familiar with HubSpot or other major CRM platforms
