Job Summary

Job brief :

Odindo Global is looking to expand the growing Team and looking to hire HR Recruiters Trainee / Intern with minimum 6 Months to 3 years of hardcore recruitment experience and good communication skills.

Candidate must have full-cycle recruiting experience in CV Sourcing Talent Search Interview Coordination and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Recruiter must be able to find and attract candidates using various sources Job portals like Naukri Timesjobs Shine Indeed Foundit etc .
Must be able to use ATS to manage candidates.
The ideal recruiter must have combined with work experience in screening interviewing and assessing candidates and Developing & Acquiring New Clients.
Ultimately the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our clients attract hire and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Full Time Work From Office at Cuttack Odisha

Experience Required :

6 Months to 3 Years in Permanent Recruitment.

Educational Qualifications :

Schooling 10th and 12th must be from n reputed school Preferably from an English medium school.

Graduation from a reputed institution preferably in the field related to study of computers.

Work experience :

Must have worked as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

Work experience duration must be between 6 Months to 3 Years as a recruiter.

Traits & Abilities

Excellent Typing Skills on Laptops (Minimum 30 words per minute & 98% above accuracy).

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Face to Face Video Telephone Competency-based Stress Technical etc)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing phone interviewing reference check etc)

Familiarity with HR Databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Hands-on experience with recruiting software as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

Must have Excellent communication skills interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills.
