Odindo Global is looking to expand the growing Team and looking to hire HR Recruiters Trainee / Intern with minimum 6 Months to 3 years of hardcore recruitment experience and good communication skills.
Candidate must have full-cycle recruiting experience in CV Sourcing Talent Search Interview Coordination and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruiter must be able to find and attract candidates using various sources Job portals like Naukri Timesjobs Shine Indeed Foundit etc .
- Must be able to use ATS to manage candidates.
- The ideal recruiter must have combined with work experience in screening interviewing and assessing candidates and Developing & Acquiring New Clients.
- Ultimately the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our clients attract hire and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Person Specific Requirements and Skills :
- Full Time Work From Office at Cuttack Odisha
- 6 Months to 3 Years in Permanent Recruitment.
- Educational Qualifications :
- Schooling 10th and 12th must be from n reputed school Preferably from an English medium school.
- Graduation from a reputed institution preferably in the field related to study of computers.
- Must have worked as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Work experience duration must be between 6 Months to 3 Years as a recruiter.
- Excellent Typing Skills on Laptops (Minimum 30 words per minute & 98% above accuracy).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Face to Face Video Telephone Competency-based Stress Technical etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing phone interviewing reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR Databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Must have Excellent communication skills interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills.
