At Pulse Ghana we dont just tell stories we create movements. As a Creative Strategist youll lead the charge in crafting forward-thinking strategies that connect brands with audiences in unforgettable ways.


What youll be doing:

  • Champion the creative and sales strategy for all Pulse Products driving growth and innovation.

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic Creative Strategy team ensuring excellence and continuous learning across all deliverables.

  • Partner with leadership editorial operations and production teams to deliver high-impact insight-driven solutions for clients.

  • Develop and present cutting-edge digital strategies that align client goals with Pulses vision.

  • Spearhead research and ideation sessions using market insights and trends to craft compelling client campaigns.

  • Foster strong client relationships acting as a trusted strategic advisor from pitch to delivery.

  • Oversee and refine the sales pipeline ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded.

  • Champion CRM excellence by ensuring Zoho CRM data accuracy and usage.

  • Spot and seize new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge and client insights.

  • Elevate the team through training coaching and strategic leadership that inspires innovation and growth.

  • Continuously track analyze and refine strategies to ensure the business hits and surpasses its revenue targets.






Requirements

Heres what youll bring :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing creative and sales strategies preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing trends and platforms.

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate and pitch digital strategies to clients effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and propose new strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

  • Strong research skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in sales training and team development.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and evaluate sales performance and revenue metrics.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and handle additional duties as assigned.

  • A deep understanding of digital media brand storytelling and creative strategy.
