Job Summary
This is a live-out part-time position offering flexibility and stability for the right professional. The role combines traditional housekeeping duties with light family assistance and occasional childcare support. The family are looking for someone who can take full ownership of household organisation ensuring the home runs smoothly inventories are kept up to date and the environment remains clean tidy and welcoming.
Pets: 1 dog (Australian Labradoodle)
- General housekeeping cleaning and maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the home
- Laundry and ironing
- Dishwashing kitchen cleaning and tidying living areas
- Organisation of storage spaces and household items
- Monitoring and replenishing household supplies (inventory management)
- Light household errands and liaising with contractors when needed
- Occasional dog walking and pet care support when the family are out
- Ad hoc babysitting or short childcare cover (feeding play or nursery pick-up)
- Ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently at all times
- Minimum of 3 years private household experience as a Housekeeper or similar role
- Proven references from previous employers
- Pet-friendly and comfortable around dogs
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent English
- DBS check
