Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Support service users to remain independent and comfortable within their own homes.
Provide personal care including washing dressing and maintaining personal hygiene with dignity and respect.
Assist with meal preparation shopping and light household tasks to help create a safe and welcoming environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support sharing plenty of tea good company and heartwarming stories along the way.
Prompt or administer medication as outlined in individual care plans.
Observe and report any changes in wellbeing to the office or on-call team.
Travel around Swadlincote like the local hero you are fuel allowance included!
Work flexible shifts to suit your home life balance!

What We Need from You:

A full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
A kind caring nature if you love a good chat and a cuppa youll fit right in!
Availability to work a mix of early mornings evenings and alternate weekends.
A can-do attitude whether its helping someone get dressed or sharing a laugh to brighten their day.

Competitive pay

Unqualified carers earn from 14.18 - 19.28 per hour on weekdays and 14.5719.80 per hour at weekends.

Qualified carers (Level 2) earn 14.6819.95 per hour on weekdays and 15.6921.30 per hour at weekends.
