Job Summary
- Install repair and modernize windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings
- Perform accurate frame fitting glazing sealing and insulation to ensure durability and energy efficiency.
- Safely dismantle and remove obsolete or damaged window and door units
- Ensure proper alignment weatherproofing and aesthetic finishing to meet quality and performance benchmarks
- Interpret technical drawings specifications and project plans to guide installation processes
- Maintain a clean organized and safe worksite in compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in installing PVC aluminum or wooden window and door systems
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or vocational qualification (minimum 3 years)
- Proficient in using hand and power tools including drills levels saws and screwdrivers
- Demonstrated expertise in sealing insulation and finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and accurately interpret technical documentation and blueprints
- Valid Class B driving license
- Physically fit for demanding manual labor and extended periods on-site
- Willingness to relocate and work in Germany
- German language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory for on-site communication)
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills (preferred to support team collaboration)
- Required: Work portfolio or video demonstration of practical installation experience
