Position: Senior Cost Analyst EMEA
Description:
We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst to join our clients EMEA finance team. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy operational efficiency and compliance with IFRS standards.
The selected professional will manage product costing systems analyze cost structures and ensure accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly and annual costing processes validating standard and actual cost calculations.
Analyze monthly financial results including standard cost variances purchase price variances and inventory fluctuations.
Develop end-to-end process understanding to support strategic decisions.
Support sourcing and plant operations through performance analysis cost reduction and inventory control.
Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to stakeholders and headquarters including ad-hoc requests.
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
Profile Required:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (Masters CFA or CPA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis product cost control budgeting and reporting.
Previous experience in manufacturing or supply chain within a multinational environment is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with cost modules in Oracle or SAP.
Strong analytical mindset and hands-on problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills in English.
