Location: Ideally based in Rosario Santa Fe. But open to remote candidates in Argentina also.
At Orienta were helping a fast-growing startup reshape the AEC industry through innovative BIM workflows and cutting-edge automation. This agile company specializes in optimizing design and construction processes using Revit and custom-built tools and theyre just getting started.
Theyre currently engaged in an exciting international project to design and document a network of schools in Hawaii applying high-level BIM execution strategies and custom tool development. Looking ahead the pipeline includes diverse international projects as well as internal initiatives focused on building automation tools streamlining workflows and expanding the companys in-house BIM capabilities.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of architecture engineering and software development someone who wants to build innovate and automate.
Key responsibilities:
BIM Automation / Add-in Development (C# Revit API): Design develop and maintain custom tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks enhance workflows and boost project quality.
BIM Documentation (SD-DD-CD): Contribute to or lead the production of detailed technical documentation for national and international projects ensuring compliance with standards and accuracy.
BIM Modeling (Revit): Create and maintain detailed coordinated BIM models with high information integrity.
Process Optimization: Apply Lean Construction and VDC methodologies to improve project tracking and on-site processes.
Coordination & Collaboration: Engage with clients and internal teams to resolve technical queries support coordination tasks and manage deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Proven experience development and Revit Add-in creation using C#
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience in technical construction documentation (SD-DD-CD) and BIM workflows
- Proactive mindset tech-savvy and eager to learn and grow
- Intermediate/advanced English level
Nice to have:
Experience with Lean Construction / Last Planner System
Background in construction supervision or production
Familiarity with Bluebeam
