About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner youll bring your clinical expertise to a patient-centered environment where authentic relationships come first. Youll collaborate with physicians nurses and support staff to deliver comprehensive compassionate care for patients across all stages of life.


What Youll Do

  • Own patient care: Conduct exams collect medical histories and evaluate conditions to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.

  • Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications under physician oversight and coordinate holistic care plans.

  • Lead diagnostics: Administer and interpret tests (labs x-rays EKGs) to identify underlying health concerns.

  • Provide holistic care: Guide patients in wellness family planning preventative care and lifestyle improvement.

  • Perform procedures: Deliver essential procedures such as injections suturing wound care and immunizations.

  • Supervise and coordinate: Support medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure seamless high-quality care.





Requirements

What Youll Bring

  • 25 years of experience in Primary Care and/or Pediatrics (required)

  • Active FNP licensure (required)

  • Masters Degree in Nursing or related field

  • Strong clinical judgment patient-centered approach and growth mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment

  • Passion for building long-term patient relationships and improving community health
