My client is as leading agent in the area and they are looking for a Property Sales Negotiator to work in their busy office. The role offers huge opportunities to broaden your existing skills and genuine career progression.

The role of Sales Negotiator involves qualifying potential buyers identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include a team meeting arranging viewings showing properties to prospective buyers managing existing clients properties and liaising closely with colleagues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. You will need to be energetic extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.

You will be a team player and must have the following:

Experience in a Sales role
Excellent presentation and communication skills
IT literacy
The ability to negotiate & close deals
Sound business ethics
Be tenacious and a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Your own car and a full current driving licence
To consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service
